SOEST will replace, without charge, any merchandise proved defective in material or workmanship for a period of 30 days after the date of shipment.

SOEST will repair, without charge, any merchandise proved defective in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year after the date of shipment.

SOEST assumes no risk and shall be subject to no liability for damages or loss resulting from the specific use or application made of the Products. SOEST's liability for any claim, whether based on breach of contract, negligence, infringement of any rights of any party or product liability, relating to the Products shall not exceed the price paid by the Dealer or purchaser to SOEST for such Products. In no event will SOEST be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of use, loss of profit and claims of third parties) however caused, whether by the negligence of SOEST or otherwise.

Exceptions and Terms to this warranty are as follows: modification, alteration, misuse, abuse or customization of SOEST Products voids all warranties and return rights. Items under warranty may be replaced with matching like new items. Warranty is valid for 1-year from original date of purchase.
